The ABC short course! consists of a one-off session, similar to the Climbing ABC course, where you will learn the basics of climbing in 2.5 hours! The short course is designed to be more accessible and less time consuming for you, based on our 3-day Climbing ABC course plan. Groups are small and intimate and the course is purely practical!

Climbing ABCs and our ABC Crash Course are primarily designed for beginners, but are also suitable for those who have taken a break from climbing or just want to consolidate their basic techniques. This is a great way to learn the basics or refresh the key aspects of climbing. The advantage of a small group (1-3 climbers) is the personal approach and the immediate feedback on the climbing. When participating in the training, you will definitely find climbing companions for further independent training.

Climbing DEF course is a follow-up course to Climbing ABC course consisting of three 1.5-hour workshops. Here we will focus on improving climbing technique and movement on differently inclined wall. We will also introduce climbing specific exercises and how to create a training plan.

The Green belayer card course is a belayer card training based on the requirements of the Estonian Climbing Federation, where we learn the specifics of climbing in the rope room and prepare you and your knowledge for the ERL Green Card exam! The course lasts 3 hours with breaks and will be completed with the essentials in one day. The Security Card exam is NOT part of the course!

The course is suitable for all those interested in consolidating their rope belaying knowledge and experience, preparing for the belayer card exam, and wishing to climb independently in the Ministry of Climbing’s rope room or other rope belaying climbing wall.

Those who register for the course will also receive theoretical material and all participants will have the opportunity to benefit from fresh knowledge, experience and learning material . register for the exam for the driver’s licence in the ropes room of the Ministry of Roping. You can practice what you have learned under the supervision of instructors in the rope room of the Ministry of R&R or during the working hours of the security instructors with automatic security equipment.

The Red belayer card course is a belayer card training based on the requirements of the Estonian Climbing Federation, where we learn the specifics of climbing in the rope room and prepare you and your knowledge for the ERL Red Card exam! The course lasts 6 hours with breaks and will be conducted with the essentials in one day. The Security Card exam is NOT part of the course!

The course is suitable for all those who have previous experience and knowledge of climbing and belaying in top belay and who wish to familiarise themselves with the specifics of climbing in bottom belay, to prepare for the belayer card exam, and to climb independently in the Ministry of Climbing’s rope room or at another rope belay climbing wall.

Those who register for the course will also receive theoretical material and all participants will have the opportunity to register for the exam for the security driver card in the ropes room of the Ministry of Roping with fresh knowledge, experience and material. You can practise what you have learned under the supervision of instructors in the rope room of the Ministry of R&M or during the working hours of the security instructors with automatic security equipment.

Register for the red or green card exam at Ronimisministeerium. The exam consists of one standard climbing session where you will need to demonstrate your daredevil card skills in belaying, climbing and other safety requirements. The exam will be conducted in the ropes room of the Ronimisministeerium by examiners qualified by the Estonian Climbing Federation and will assess your skills according to the ERL requirements.

There is a public table of errors for the exam in the rope room of Ronimisministeerium and general requirements for the belayer card can be found on the website of the Estonian Climbing Association
