T1 birthday party introduction

The price includes:

Entrance and climbing shoe rental;
1,5 h of guided climbing*;
Use of the party area for 2 hours from the beginning of the event.
We offer birthday packages for children under 19 years old.

* After the guided part, children may continue climbing in the birthday area, but are not allowed to go to the rest of the gym or training area.

** Birthday areas of Ronimisministeerium can hold up until 25 people.

To book a birthday party please contact us through e-mail.

To confirm your booking, please make a transfer of €69 to the following bank account after agreeing on the date and time, and send a confirmation of payment by email:

Second installment of payment must be paid at the Ronimisministeerium before departure by bank transfer, webshop or in cash. When paying by bank transfer or webshop, show the payment confirmation screen from your phone to the instructor.

NB! On the date of the event, please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start of the event. An instructor will be waiting for you at the front door.

Birthday party area equipment

In the birthday area you will find a sink, fridge, microwave, two mugs, trays, cake stand, knives, kettle, press pot for coffee and flower vase. You are kindly requested to bring your own reusable dishes.

Terms and conditions

Number of participants and changing the booking:

We ask yoiu to let us know the number of participants as early as possible, so that we can ensure that there will be enough tutors. The numbers can be confirmed latest 3 days before the event.
The number of participants and the price of the event will be locked 3 days before the event. Example: for a session with 13-15 climbers. two instructors will be present, according to the initial booking (one instructor for every 10 participants). Event price ( 259 €) will remain the same even if 9 climbers show up, unless a change in group size is notified at least 3 days before the event.

Changing the date of the event or canceling the event:

In the event of cancellation, we will refund the deposit if the cancellation was made at least 7 days before the event.
If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable, but you will be able to receive a Ronimisministeerium gift voucher for the amount after cancellation fees.
In case of rescheduling, a fee of €20 per instructor will be added to the total amount. The maximum resscheduling fee is €50.
